An Agaves family plant commonly known as a Century Plant. This one is over 8 feet tall and about 6 feet wide growning in Tifton, Georgia. It's technically an "Agave Americana Serpent" plant and the variety is either a "Giant Matsumoto" or possibly a "Marginata Serpent". The common and familiar Aloe plant is also in the Agave family.
